SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. You do not need to actually place an order during this step. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually, via support ticket request. By default, we charge UPS Ground rates based on product weight. You may verify this by visiting http://www.ups.com. For faster shipping, please request as needed and we will provide appropriate quotes prior to any order being placed. Oversized items, such as furniture, need to be manually calculated. We can only ship bulk quantities items, of any kind, overseas.
NOTE: You may only request faster UPS methods, not USPS Priority Mail.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please do so using the online tool located as a link within the transaction order history (viewable via the Reseller account screen). Further specific instructions will be given within 1-3 business days. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns (or additional fees/delays may occur).
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
PDQWholesale stands by the quality and craftmanship of all available merchandise. We will work with our Resellers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES
For certain product lines, PDQWholesale requires signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party (i.e. Reseller or their customer) waves the signature required for order delivery, PDQWholesale takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability". If a signature waiver is required, PDQWholesale will need said statement in writing. It can also be stated within order comments for any specific transaction. Verbal notification will not be accepted. |
